Your email address will be collected if you email me directly at lornamousley@gmail.com. Your phone number will be collected if you contact me by phone, but it will not be stored or shared with any third party. It will only be used to contact you about a product, commission, or query.

Personal information such as your name, email address, home address, phone number, and credit/debit card details will be collected during checkout on my website. I do not collect your credit/debit card information. Your personal information is never collected without your consent. I may ask for your name, email address, home address, and telephone number for shipping purposes, either directly or during checkout. Your name, email address, and/or telephone number are only stored if we are working on a commission, and will be used solely to communicate about the commission. I never collect or store your credit/debit card details. 

When you complete a transaction, you will receive an invoice or receipt, and a copy will be stored for record-keeping. These receipts contain your name and home address, and they are stored securely in both paper and digital form. Only I will have access to these records. They will never be used for any purpose other than record-keeping, and they do not contain your credit/debit card details. These receipts are stored for five years before being destroyed.

If you sign up for newsletters, your email address will only be stored on my website builder and can be permanently deleted if you unsubscribe or request removal.
