Shipping policy

All paintings are carefully packaged by hand to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller works are double-boxed with protective padding; larger works are crated for maximum protection.

Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your painting to be carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

All shipments are sent via Parcelforce and include packaging materials in the shipping cost.

• United Kingdom: Free — estimated 2–3 business days
• European Union: £100 — estimated 5–10 business days
• Worldwide: £170 — estimated 7–14 business days

Large Works (over 130 cm) Paintings larger than 130 cm require custom crating and individual shipping quotes. Shipping is listed as £0 at checkout for these works. Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the shipping cost before your painting is dispatched.

Insurance All paintings are shipped with Parcelforce's compensation cover. We recommend photographing any damage to packaging before opening, and contacting us within 3 days of delivery if there are any concerns.

Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.
